Ceremonial Matcha / 30g

I’m completely obsessed with double matcha – it’s just so delicious! I usually make an iced matcha and then top it with a thick, frothy matcha foam that I whisk up myself.
Lately, I’ve been using matcha powder from @narumi_matcha and it’s honestly incredible. The flavor is so smooth, with a nutty note and no grassy taste at all. There’s just a tiny hint of bitterness, which I absolutely love. The vibrant green color is stunning too. Out of all the matcha I’ve tried, this is definitely one of my favorites.
