【How to Use 】

1. Use the chashaku to scoop 1–2 spoons (about 1.5–2g) of matcha into the bowl
2. Pour 60–80ml of hot water (70–80°C / 158–176°F) into the bowl
3. Whisk vigorously with the chasen in an “M” motion until frothy
4. Rinse the chasen after use and place it on the whisk holder to dry and maintain its shape
